Probably the easiest way to solve the problem having an arrow pointin towards the mouse.

Things seems to go very fast with showcase.

Bill Kerr post this problem on the squakland discussion list, I wrote my solution,on exit, I found Sccott's solution (better then mine) and visiting showcase, the project already there :-)

I remember having eyeballs that would follow my cursor around the screen. This reminds me of the eyeballs.

Beautiful use of trigonometry to get an impressive visual effect.
Challenge your students to script this task or even to explain each step in the existing script, it is a winner!
Another example that makes me feel sorry for not having Etoys when I was teaching.

This is a great companion to the other point Toward Cursor project. Seeing these two together helps develop an understanding of the various ways to do things in Etoys.
