fun, Spiral
This is the best example of pen use that I've seen, particularly because of the two rotating pieces. Makes me wonder what could be done with even more rotating pieces. Having a few buttons to set different patterns would be cool ... simple scripts that set variables to achieve different effects. Yes, I know people can play with the numbers, but seeing a sampling of three or so configurations would inspire them to try more rather than just view it. (It's hard to find good ones, too.)
Beautiful to behold. Nice use of connectors to draw interesting patterns.
This is a wonderful and creative use of the pen for a very complex spirograph model. I like Tim's idea of adding variables to let someone experiment with more points of rotation.
Reminded by Karl's Spirograph project (http://squeakland.org/showcase/project.jsp?id=7118), I made a rip-off of Danny Hillis' "Phaser" .
Oops, this comment got to a wrong one. See http://squeakland.org/showcase/project.jsp?id=7217 When you open a new tab (to get the URL for another project for example) and then come back and press "Save", the comment goes to the one in different tab.

Testing the new dropdowns
Yes, I'm a beginner and I'm wondering why this project is working... How did you connect the end of "rectangle1" to "rectangle". Can you point me to a pasage in the manual explaining this?
