This program enable translatable help baloon like translatable texts.
Use the v-toys tile to define a balloon for a morph.

First drag a text from the supply box.
Assure it is translatable by checking the box transatable in the menu of is halo.
Second change the language to an other language and go back, you can write the text forr each language if you want.

Now click on the first grey square in the tile, then on the morph.

Click the same way on the second square then on the text,

Mouse over the morph, the text goes in the ballon.

Using the halo's menu of he morph, item Extras then last item help Balloon open a dialog box to get your text.If you change the language you can enter the same way a new translation.

The help balloon is using a translatable text instead using a string.
